Insignia Pressure Cooker Recall Class Action
Do you own an Insignia Pressure Cooker? If yes, you may be entitled to significant compensation. As of May 2024, Insignia announced a recall of 930,000 Pressure Cookers. Specific models are affected which have a Multi-Function sold from October 2017.
The Manufacturer of Insignia, a product sold by Best Buy and Amazon, has recalled close to one million pressure cookers due to incorrect volume markings on their pots. This recall is very significant because incorrect volume markings could cause some customers to overfill their pressure cooker pots resulting in some pressure cookers “exploding,” posing a serious burn hazard to customers.
The following is a list of affected Insignia Multi-Function pressure cookers, which have been recalled due to a burn risk:
• Insignia 6qt Multicooker

NS-MC60SS9

• Insignia 8qt Multicooker
NS-MC80SS9
