How Do I Qualify?
If you received a robocall from Sirius XM radio you can be eligible to be reimbursed for being a lead plaintiff on the case. A couple of requirements are necessary here for you to participate as a lead plaintiff and get between $5,000 and $10,000:• Your car must have been purchased or leased between April 2019 and June 2022.
• You were on the Do Not Call Registry at the time of the robo-calls from Sirius XM. You can find out more about the Do Not Call Registry here.
• You will have to provide proof of the calls. You can retrieve these records in multiple ways, such as contacting your phone service provider or getting a screenshot of the call.
