When the court is gonna approve the settlement?

Even though the Class Action has already been preliminarily approved by the Court, the judgment that will impact the rights of all members of the Class must be given final approval before it can be implemented. The Notice is intended to alert the Settlement Class of the Court's decision to preliminarily certify the Settlement Class, and to provide them with the opportunity to opt out of the class and to express their view on whether to finalize the Settlement Agreement.

The Lawsuit Settlement is anticipated to be approved by February 8, 2023. If the Court does not grant final approval to the Settlement Agreement, or if it is terminated by the Parties, the Settlement Agreement will be void and the class certification will proceed as stipulated. This settlement will provide you with compensation if you suffered certain losses as a result of the defendant's conduct. The hearing to determine whether or not to approve the settlement is scheduled, and you are not required to attend. Please, be aware that the hearing may be postponed to a later date, and if it is, please be patient.
