at an artificially high level in violation of antitrust and unfair competition laws.

What Can I Get From the Tuna Class Action?
The class action administrators responsible for paying out and notifying class action
members have estimated that Settlement Class Members will receive approximately $10.50 for every 200 cans
purchased (this is a very approximate number of cans if you purchased packaged tuna every week during the
Settlement Class Period between June 2011 and July 2015).
If the total payment for any Settlement Class Member is less than $5.00, no payment will
be made to the consumer. The value of the payment will remain in the
Settlement Fund for further distribution amongst class action members who legitimately result in a $5.00 claim payout minimum.
How Do I File a Claim?
To be eligible to receive a payment from the COSI Settlement, you must complete a Claim Form online
or postmarked by the initial claims date of August 22, 2022.
