The California Department of Fair Empoyment and Housing file a lawsuit against Activision Blizzard in July 2021 for a laundry list of gender based employee discrimination and sexual harassment, primarily at the Blizzard Entertainment workplace and ecosystem.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (the “EEOC”) alleged that Activision Blizzard engaged in unlawful employment practices by subjecting certain employees to sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, or related retaliation in violation of certain civil rights.
