The original class action lawsuit alleges that at a McDonald's restaurant in Mason, Michigan, a specific shift manager at a specific McDonald's restaurant in Mason, Michigan sexually harassed female employees and created a hostile work environment in violation of state and federal law. Defendants deny these allegations, but McDonald's still agreed to to pay $1,500,000 to qualified claimaints that claim they were sexually harassment by an employee of McDonald's.

If you were a woman who worked in a position below the level of assistant manager at the McDonald's restaurant located at 730 North Cedar Street in Mason, Michigan since November 12, 2016, a proposed class action settlement May affect your rights.What Can I Get?
Class Members who submits a valid and timely Claim Form will receive a proportional share of the Settlement Fund of $1,500,000M,based on the on the number of points received and based on the number of shifts she worked with a specific shift manager on or after November 12, 2016, and the amount and manner of sexual harassment she experienced.Under conditions of the class actions settlement, a woman who worked 100 or more shifts with a specific shift manager will receive four points. If a woman was inappropriately touched, this results in two points. Those who had sexual relations with the shift manager in question because he pressured or coerced them to do so will receive up to two points. And women who were forced to quit rather than continue to work in the hostile work environment created by the shift manager at McDonald's, or who were terminated after reporting the harassment, will receive two points.
How Do I File a Claim?
To receive a cash payment you must timely submit a claim form online, or by mail to the address listed on the official settlement website, by July 2, 2022 with the Notice truthfully under penalty of perjury, date and sign it.If your claim is approved, the settlement administrator will mail you any tax forms the law requires.
