What's This Settlement About?
A $3,650,000 Class Action Settlement has been reached against Sole Treadmills, a company that markets and sells treadmills to consumers. The settled Class Action Lawsuit alleged that Sole had made false representations regarding the horsepower of its treadmills.Users of Sole treadmills reported that their treadmills may have been underperforming and that when measured, the performance of Sole treadmills in consumers' homes differed from what was advertised. As a result, the class action lawsuit states, people who purchased these treadmills paid far more than they otherwise would have if they had known the real capability was lower than represented in marketing and print advertising of the treadmills.
Sole has agreed to the $3.65 Million settlement fund payout as a result of the false advertising claims made in order to settle out of court.

How Do I Qualify?
You may be a Class Member if you own a Sole Treadmill that was purchased between December 2, 2017 until February 21, 2022 in the United States and its territories, unless it was purchased in Ohio and Minnesota. If you purchased the Sole treadmill in Ohio or Minnesota, the purchase must have been made between August 30, 2015 and February 21, 2022.What Can I Get?
Owners of qualifying Sole Treadmills will be eligible to receive a pro rated (proportional) share of the Class Action Settlement Fund. In addition, you can receive a transferable $100 Sole gift card that can be used toward the one-time purchase of a product from Sole's website subject to certain date restrictions. Finally, as part of the class action agreement, Sole has agreed to stop utilizing the continuous horsepower misrepresentations alleged in the original class action lawsuit.How Do I File a Claim?
