Volkswagen and Audi water pump defect class action settlement

What's This Settlement About?

A national class action lawsuit has been filed, which alleges that certain Audi and Volkswagen water pumps are defective, leak, and eventually cause engines to break. This applies to certain 2014 through 2021 Volkswagen and Audi vehicles equipped with either 1.8 kuter or 2.0 liter engines. The case cites examples of cracking Audi water pumps and Volkswagen water pumps which lead to keaed coolant that causes engines to overheat and prematurely fail to operate. AUdi and Volkswagen car owners may be entitled to cash reimbursement for certain repairs and conditions met as part of the class action settlement.
