How Do I Qualify for a Payout?

To qualify for a payment from the Better Help settlement you must get a notice ID, which you may have received via an email about BetterHelp refunds, or you can reach out to the BetterHelp settlement administrators to receive the notice ID and file a claim. You can then use the notice ID when filling out a claim form to receive a refund from the FTC BetterHelp settlement fund.
