Similasan Corporation has settled the class action lawsuit after allegations that it deceptively labeled and advertised its homeopathic eye products.

Similasan settled the $3,575,000 class action lawsuit over allegations that it violated the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
