How Much Can I Get Paid?
Qualifying settlement class members who file a timely and valid claim form can receive the following settlement benefits:• Claimants without Valid Proof of Purchase: Claimants without Valid Proof of Purchase shall be eligible to receive $2.50 for each Covered Product purchased during the Class Period, subject to a maximum Cash Award of $10.00 per claim (i.e., each Household can claim a Cash Award for a maximum of 4 Covered Products). Claims are limited to one per Household.
• Claimants with Valid Proof of Purchase: Claimants with Valid Proof of Purchase for each purchase of a Covered Product shall be eligible to receive $2.50 for each Covered Product purchased during the Class Period with no cap or limitation. Claims are limited to one per Household.
Claims are subject to pro rata increase or reduction per the terms of the settlement agreement. No Settlement payments will be provided unless the Court approves the Settlement, and it becomes Final.
