How Much are the Beyond Meat Payouts?

Without Proof of Purchase:
Each settlement class member who submits a proper claim form on time and is deemed to have a valid claim will receive a one-time cash award of $2 for each Beyond Meat product purchased on or after May 31, 2018. If you do not provide proof of purchase, you will be subject to a maximum of five (5) Beyond Meat products per household, for a total of $10.

With Proof of Purchase: If you provide valid proof of purchase, there is no limitation on the number of products you can claim as long as you can provide receipts, proof of purchase, or relevant supporting documentation.

How Do I File a Claim and Get Paid?

To file a claim, you must first register on the settlement website to obtain a Class Member ID. Once you have your ID, you can submit a claim form online or by mail. The claim form must be submitted by April 14, 2025.
