All Washington State households with incomes at or below 175% of the federal poverty level are eligible for a refund from the chicken and tuna class action settlement. Single-person households are entitled to receive $50.00, while multiple-person households can receive $120.00 each. The deadline to submit a claim is June 5, 2024.
Requesting a Reissue of a Refund Check: This applies if you were expecting to receive a refund check but haven't received it, or if you lost or misplaced the check.
