According to the Kirkland flushable wipes class action settlement agreement, there is a total maximum cap of $2 million to be paid out to qualified claimants.For those that have a current Costco membership, you do not need to file a claim form to get paid from the settlement. If you do not have a current Costco membership you must file a claim form to get paid from the settlement. The payment will be as follows:
• $1.30 for each qualifying flushable wipe product purchased during the qualifying class action period anytime from July 1, 2011 through May 31, 2017.
• The payout of $1.30 per flushable wipes pack will be paid regardless of the original purchase price, or the number of flushable wipes in a package.
• The minimum payout per claim will be $7.50 per qualifying class action member, regardless of the number of flushable wipes claimed.
• The maximum payout will be for 43 units at $1.30, coming out to $55.90 per valid and timely claim form filed per member.
