A $9 million class action lawsuit has been settled with Fandango, a popular movie ticket retailer. The class action claimed that Fandango failed to correctly disclose a convenience fee for online tickets to movie theaters in New York state, in alleged violations of New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law.
