Ferrara Candy Box Slack-Fill Class Action Settlement
PublishedDecember 2021
UpdatedJune 9, 2026
If you bought boxed Nestlé candy like Raisinets or Buncha Crunch between 2013 and 2021, here is who the slack-fill settlement paid — the claim window has since closed.
This settlement resolved class action lawsuits alleging that the defendants packaged their boxed candy products in oversized packaging with nonfunctional empty space (so-called "slack-fill"). The parties agreed to settle; the Court did not decide that the defendants did anything wrong. The claim deadline has passed, so this page is now for informational and status purposes only.
