What's the Nutrabolt Xtend Settlement About?

A $3 Million Class Action Lawsuit has been settled regarding Nutrabolt's XTEND line of Products. Individual consumers who purchased certain XTEND products from either Amazon, other online stores and retailers, or directly from the Woodbolt Nutrabolt websites may qualify for up to $25 without proof of purchase, and $50 with proof of purchase. The payout will be made at $0.50 per product or package of Nutrabolt XTEND purchased.

How Do I Qualify for the XTEND Class Action Lawsuit?

Consumers may qualify for a payout from the XTEND lawsuit if a purchase was made of one of the XTEND products listed below. The product must have been purchased between July 28, 2014 and January 24, 2023. The purchase must have been made in the United States.

How Do I File a Claim in the Nutrabolt Class Action Settlement?

If you believe that you qualify for a payout in this class action, you need to file a claim form, located below, so that you may qualify for a maximum $25.00 to $50.00 payout per household. Please make sure that you file the claim below by the deadline of April 24, 2023 to ensure that your form is on time.

How Much Can I Get Paid?

Woodbolt Distribution, doing business as Nutrabolt, the parent companies of the brand XTEND, that settled this class action, will pay out a total of $3,000,000 in the settlement, including lawyer and court fees. Each qualified class action claimaint or member can get reimbursement for $0.50 for each product purchase of XTEND supplement products. The total cap for each claim per household will be set at the following:

• No Proof of Purchase: $25.00 Per Household

• With Proof of Purchase: $50.00 Per Household

The total amount paid out may be pro-rated (a pro rata basis) if there are not enough settlement funds from the $3 Million pool to pay everyone at he maximum $25 to $50 household limit. Inversely, if the total amount of funds left from the XTEND class action settlement will not be used up after paying out every legitimate and timely claim form, the leftover funds will be used to increase the amount of payment per claim proportionally.
