A $1,750,000 class action settlement has been agreed upon with Johnson & Johnson. The class action settlement will provide vouchers to consumers without the requirement of a proof of purchase.
The central claim in the settled class action lawsuit alleges that certain Johnson & Johnson suncreen products may have contained carcinogens.
How Do I Qualify?
If you purchased Neutrogena or Aveeno sunscreen products from May 26, 2015 through April 8, 2022 in the United States, you may qualify for reimbursement or coupons in this class action settlement. The lotion products which are included in the class are:
• Neutrogena® Ultra Sheer®
• Dry-Touch Water Resistant Sunscreen Lotion
• Neutrogena® Sheer Zinc™
• Dry-Touch Face Sunscreen Lotion
• Aveeno® Baby Continuous Protection® Sensitive Skin Sunscreen Lotion.
How Much Can I Get?
Each household is limited to two vouchers, each of which are valued at $10.58 for a total maximum of $21.16 in vouchers per claim per household.
The court will hold a final approval hearing on AUGUST 12, 2022 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
