What's This Settlement About?
A nearly $5 Million class action settlement has been agreed to as the result of a lawsuit against Solara Medical Supplies. The class action lawsuit alleged that between April 2, 2019 and June 20, 2019 a cybersecurity data breach occurred, which led to leaked account information
which contained sensitive personal information and personally identifiable information about unsuspecting users
of Solara Medical Supplies (Solara) such as:
• Full names,
• Dates of birth,
• Passwords and pins,
• Instances of billing/claims,
• Medical information,
• Credit and Debit cards,
is the one of the largest U.S. independent suppliers of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) and Insulin Pumps. They carry a full line of diabetes products and supplies, acorrding to their website.
How Do I Qualify?
The members of the settlement, called "class members" qualify if they are one of the approximately 100,000 people who were
notified by Solara via snail mail about their personal information being leaked.
The only way to get reimbursement is to timely submit a claim form.
What Can I Get?
The proposed Settlement provides a cash payment of $5,060,000M after court and attorneys expenses will be divided between claimants.
Settlement Class Members may receive
a cash payment of $100, subject to pro rata increase or reduction, if appropriate.
You will have the right to choose how exactly your payment will be provide to you optional

How Do I File a Claim?
The only way of getting your cash reimbursement is to be notified by Solara by mail and use your
notification id to file a claim form online August 8, 2022 or file a claim form by mail and send it to:
