The class covered U.S. consumers who purchased specified Dole Fruit Bowls products labeled “in 100% juice” or “in 100% fruit juice” for personal use from January 1, 2017 through June 27, 2023.
What Benefits Were Available?
Claims were valued at $0.15 per covered product, up to 60 products without proof and up to 120 products with proof, producing estimated maximums of $9 and $18 before any pro rata adjustment.
