You may be part of a new $1 million open class action settlement reached with ATG Tickets US, LLC over
allegations that order processing fees were not disclosed at the first time price was shown on the Kings
Theatre, Hudson Theatre, and Lyric Theatre websites, which allegedly violated New York ACAL § 25.07(4). ATG
denies wrongdoing and agreed to settle to avoid the cost and uncertainty of litigation.
What Was the Alleged Illegal Fee?
The lawsuit claims that ATG Tickets violated New York's Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 25.07(4) by

the true cost of tickets. ATG denies all wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid further litigation costs
and risks.
