How Much Can I Get Paid?
Qualifying class action members can choose from these options:
• Documented Loss Payment: Up to $5,000 per person for out-of-pocket losses related to the
Incident with Reasonable Documentation. The total for this category is capped at $5,000,000. If
total approved claims exceed the cap, payments are prorated.
• Cash Fund Payment: A cash payment with no documentation, funded from the remainder after
