You may be part of a federal refund program involving Legion Media LLC and related companies over
allegations that consumers were charged without proper consent.
The Federal Trade Commission says these companies promoted personal care, weight loss, CBD, and skincare
products as free or low cost, then charged higher prices, billed consumers for products they did not order,
or enrolled them in auto renewing subscriptions without clear authorization. This is not a private class action lawsuit. It is an FTC enforcement action, and refunds are already being
sent.
Who Qualifies for a Legion Media Refund?
You may qualify if you did any of the following:
• Ordered a product advertised as free or low cost and were later charged more than expected
• Were billed for additional products you did not knowingly order
• Were enrolled in an automatic subscription without clearly agreeing to it
• Were charged recurring fees after a trial period you did not fully understand
The companies involved used many brand names, including Botanical Farms, Bliss Brands, Optimal MaxKeto,
Supreme CBD, and Truly Keto.
How Do You Know If You Were Affected?
You do not need to guess or apply.
The FTC identified affected consumers using company billing records, payment processor data, and account
histories collected during the investigation. If you were affected, you will receive a refund automatically by check or PayPal. Signs you may be included:
• You see a refund check or PayPal payment referencing the FTC
• You previously disputed or questioned charges from the brands listed above
• You were charged after responding to an online free trial or low fee ad
If you did not receive a payment, it may mean the FTC could not verify your loss or could not locate current
payment information.
How Much Will Each Person Get Paid?
There is no fixed payout amount.
Refunds are based on how much money each consumer lost. Some people receive small refunds, while others may
receive larger amounts depending on their billing history. This is why payments vary widely.
Do I Need to File a Claim or Submit Proof?
There is no claim form, no application, and no proof required from consumers, at least as of now. Refunds may be sent automatically based on existing records. Do not pay anyone who claims they can help you get
a refund.
Important Refund Deadlines
If you receive a payment:
• Checks must be cashed within 90 days
• PayPal payments must be accepted within 30 days
If you miss the deadline, the payment may expire.
What Are the Odds You Get Paid?
If you were affected and the FTC could identify you through billing records, the odds are very real.
This case has already resulted in over 1.2 million payments, which means refunds are not theoretical. They
are happening now.
However, not every consumer can be paid. If records were incomplete or losses could not be verified, some
people may not receive refunds.
