What is the JOOLA Pickleball Paddle Class Action About?
Do you play pickleball? You may be included in a new class action settlement with Sport Squad, Inc. (known as JOOLA). The pickleball class action lawsuit claims that certain “Gen 3” JOOLA pickleball paddles were marketed as approved by USA Pickleball when they were not.

What is the Total Settlement Amount?
The total settlement amount has not been made public yet. Class action payments will be issued per

return your qualifying Gen 3 paddle.
