in alleged violation of certain consumer protection laws. Alamo Drafthouse, the popular chain of movie
theaters, denies any wrongdoing, but has agreed to settle the $7,000,000 settlement to avoid the cost and
uncertainty of litigation. The settlement provides for cash payments to consumers who qualify.
What is the Total Settlement Amount?
A common settlement fund of $7,075,000 has been established. Approved claims will be paid pro rata
after fees,
costs,
notice and administration, and any service award, subject to Court approval.

You are included if you purchased electronic tickets to any film screening in any of Defendant’s cinemas
located in
New York state from www.drafthouse.com from August 29, 2022 through January 30, 2024
and were
charged convenience fees.

When is the Class Action Settlement Payment Date?
Payments are expected within 90 days after final approval for approved claims, subject to any appeals.
Is Proof Required to File a Claim?
Yes. You will need a 10-character alphanumeric Unique ID and a 4-digit PIN to file a claim.
These numbers can be found on your Email or Postcard Notice.
If you lost your notice, you can contact the class action administrator directly, or submit a paper
claim form via snail mail, which does not ask for a Unique ID and PIN.
