Is the Class Action App free?
Yes. The Class Action App is free to download on iPhone and Android. Filing a claim on an official settlement website does not cost anything either.
Can I file a claim in the app?
No. The app shows which settlements are open, who qualifies and when claims are due, then links you to the official settlement website, which is the only place a claim is filed.
How do I know if I qualify for a settlement?
Each settlement page lists who is covered, taken from the court-approved notice, and whether you need proof of purchase. The official notice and the settlement administrator make the final decision.
Do I need an account?
No. Every settlement, lawsuit and investigation page can be read without signing in. Sign in with Apple, Google or an emailed code only if you want your saved list synced and alerts turned on.
How do alerts work?
Save a case and the app sends a push notification when claims open, when payments start, and when a claim deadline is a week away. Add your state to hear when a new settlement opens there. Each kind has its own switch in Settings → Notifications.

How do I delete my account?
In the app go to You → Account → Delete account. Your email, saved list, chosen state and notification token are removed. You can also request it at openclassactions.com/delete-account.php.
