How Do I Qualify?
You are a Class Member if you purchased or used the Yes To Grapefruit Vitamin C Glow-Boosting Unicorn Paper Mask in the United States at any time. If you purchased or used one or more of the Masks in the United States, you can submit a claim for a Cash Payment from the Settlement Fund.How Do I File a Claim?
You must submit your Claim Form online no later than Friday, August 13, 2021, or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked no later than Friday, August 13, 2021. Each Class Member may submit a claim, either electronically HERE or by mail, for each of the Products purchased or used during the Class Period. You will recover cash based on the average retail price of the Product, which is $3 for each Product, up to a maximum of 6 individual products purchased. Claims for Products purchased or used during the Class Period will be paid without requiring proof of purchase. No proof of purchase is required.
