If you can qualify you can receive $40 with no receipt, or 10% of what you paid with proof. The settlement covers Bestway-branded pools 48 inches or taller with straps outside the legs, sold 2008 through 2024, bought from a retailer. One claim per household, October 30 deadline. It does not release personal injury or wrongful death claims.
