What's This Settlement About?
A $10,000,000 class action settlement has been proposed on behalf of consumers who purchased 600-watt and 900-watt Nutribullet blenders. The original class action lawsuit alleges that Nutribullet Blenders advertised and sold the 600 and 900 watt blenders without informing at the point of purchase that the product should not be operated continuosly for more than one minute or be used to blend hot or warm ingredients. This may have resulted in dangerous operation of the blenders in which some cases of reported injuries have been resulted.Despite denying all charges, Nutribullet has agreed to set up a Settlement Fund of $10,000,000 to legitimate claimants. Nutribullet has also agreed to disclose the information surrounding dangerous operation of their blenders on the exterior of their products moving forward.

How Do I Qualify?
You are a class member of this settlement if you purchased for non- commercial use and not for the resale purposes, any new or reconditioned 600-watt or 900-watt NutriBullet Blender between June 1, 2017 and March 15, 2022 in the United States or any of its territories. You must provide either the serial number or a prood of purchase, such as a copy of a receipt, a photo of a receipt, or a screenshot of an invoice online.What Can I Get?
Class Members are eligible for benefit of either:• A cash refund of $5 for a qualifying 600-watt model Blender purchase,
• A cash refund of $7 for a qualifying 900-watt model Blender purchase,
• A discount code for $10 off the purchase or a new 600-watt model Blender or,
• A discount code for $15 off the purchase of a new 900-watt model Blender.
Only one Claim per Household is eligible.
How Do I File a Claim?
You can submit claim form either onine or print it and send by mail by June 13, 2022 to the Settlement Administrator at the address listed on the official settlement website.The Court will hold a hearing on June 30, 2022 in Illinois to consider whether to provide final approve for the Settlement.
