Cam2 303 Tractor Hydraulic Oil (“303 THF Products”).
The Plaintiffs in this lawsuit allege that the Manufacturer Defendants' 303 THF Products did not meet the equipment manufacturers' specifications or provide the performance benefits listed on the product labels, that the Manufacturer Defendants' 303 THF Products were made with inappropriate ingredients including used transformer oil, used turbine oil, and line flush, and that use of the Manufacturer Defendants' 303 THF Products in equipment causes damage to various parts of the equipment.

How Do I Qualify?
The Settlement includes anyone who purchased Super S Supertrac 303 Tractor Hydraulic Fluid, Super S 303 Tractor Hydraulic Fluid, Cam2 ProMax 303 Tractor Hydraulic Oil, and/or Cam2 303 Tractor Hydraulic Oil from Tractor Supply Company (including Del's Feed & Farm Supply locations), Orscheln Farm and Home, Rural King, or Atwood stores between December 1, 2013 and the present. The only exception is for those who only purchased Super S Super Trac 303 Tractor Hydraulic Fluid in the state of Missouri.The settlement establishes a $18,825,000.00 “Class Settlement Fund” that will be paid to Settlement Class Members as: cash awards of up to 100% of the purchase price paid for the 303 Tractor Hydraulic Fluid Products and reimbursement for the costs of any repairs, parts, and specific equipment damage that a Settlement Class Member claims resulted from, in whole or in part, the use of the 303 Tractor Hydraulic Fluid Products during the Class Period.
How Do I File a Claim?
The Tractor Hydraulic Fluid Settlement is now closed to new claims. Settlement Class Members were required to submit a Retailer Class Membership Form by December 29, 2021.
