How Do I Qualify?
You are the part of this class action settlement if you fit the conditions below:• You are in the United States,
• Your telephone numbers were obtained by West Shore Home as a result of a Facebook ad campaign,
• You were called by or on behalf of this company between November 15, 2016 and February 15, 2022 one or more times using a prerecorded voice or;
• Two or more times in a 12 period on a telephone number that had been registered with the National Do Not Call Registry for more than thirty days at the time the phone call was placed.
How Do I File a Claim?
The Claim Form must be submitted online (see below) by May 16, 2022.The Court will hold a hearing on May 25, 2022, at 10:30 a.m.
