A $1,347,500 class action settlement has been settled as a result of a lawsuit which alleges that WestShore violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by placing unsolicited telephone calls, including prerecorded voice calls, to Settlement Class Members.

West Shore Home is home improvement company that markets home design and renovation services.

How Do I Qualify?

You are the part of this class action settlement if you fit the conditions below:

• You are in the United States,
• Your telephone numbers were obtained by West Shore Home as a result of a Facebook ad campaign,
• You were called by or on behalf of this company between November 15, 2016 and February 15, 2022 one or more times using a prerecorded voice or;
• Two or more times in a 12 period on a telephone number that had been registered with the National Do Not Call Registry for more than thirty days at the time the phone call was placed.

How Do I File a Claim?

The Claim Form must be submitted online (see below) by May 16, 2022.

The Court will hold a hearing on May 25, 2022, at 10:30 a.m.
