If you purchased HexClad cookware, including from Amazon.com, you may be owed substantial compensation. HexClad has settled a class action over allegations that it falsely advertised its products as “non-toxic,” “PFAS Free,” “PFOA Free,” or free from certain chemicals.
HexClad denies all allegations of wrongdoing, but has resolved the class action even though the class action claimed that HexClad falsely advertised, labeled, and marketed the non-stick coating of certain cookware products.
HexClad has agreed to pay $2,500,000 into a Settlement Fund.
You may be eligible if you purchased one or more of the eligible HexClad cookware products between February 1, 2022 and March 31, 2024.

Eligible class members will receive a pro rata share of the $2.5 million fund based on the number of valid claims and the price paid for the products. The exact amount depends on the total number of claims submitted.

Yes, you may be required to provide an Amazon order ID for your purchase of the HexClad cookware products, if you purchased HexClad products on Amazon.com. If you do not have an order ID, you may be required to provide other proof of purchase or a Claim ID and PIN that was provided to you. Claimants must provide documentation to validate their claims in order to receive a HexClad cookware class action payout.
