Claims are closed. The deadline was November 14, 2025. The court’s final approval order grants approval of the $2.5 million settlement as of February 20, 2026.The order directs the administrator to complete pro rata distribution and sets a non-appearance hearing for February 23, 2027, with a final distribution report due beforehand. The official homepage still contains older proposed-settlement wording, so the filed order controls the status.
