South Austin Health Imaging LLC does business as Longhorn Imaging Center and offers X-Ray, CT Scan, Ultrasound and MRI services to the Austin, Texas area, with additional locations in Killeen, Marble Falls and San Antonio, Texas.

On October 25, 2023, Longhorn Imaging reported to the Texas Attorney General that their system had been the target of a security attack in which hackers were able to access the personal information of 97,618 Longhorn Imaging patients. The data exposed may include the following sensitive customer information:

• Full Names,
• Home Addresses,
• Private Medical Information,
• Health Insurance Information,
• DOBs (Dates of Birth)
