OP Pharmacy, LLC a/k/a OnePoint Patient Care, LLC, and class members could claim an alternate cash payment estimated at $100 with no documentation, or up to $3,500 for documented losses, until the October 8, 2026 deadline. The claim deadline has passed. On October 19, 2026, the court docket shows an order on the motions for final approval and attorneys' fees, and a judgment; the text of the order was not yet publicly available as of October 20, 2026, and no payment date had been announced.
