On November 22, 2024, SeneGence and SGII, Inc. sent out notice letters to individuals whose data was exposed during a breach of the company's computer system. According to the letters, an unknown party placed a false checkout page on the SeneGence website in July of 2024 and was able to capture the information of consumers who attempted to purchase products during that time. This exposed customers' names, addresses, phone numbers, credit card information, and potentially other personally identifiable information.
