What is the Airport Parking Service Charge Settlement?

You may be part of a new class action settlement with CAVU eCommerce (AMER) LLC over allegations that the company failed to properly disclose a mandatory Service Charge for online bookings on AirportParkingReservations.com and AirportParking.com. CAVU denies wrongdoing. The settlement provides cash payments to eligible California customers.

What is the Total Settlement Amount?

The settlement fund is $425,000. It pays class member benefits, notice and administration costs, court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs, and any service award to the class representative. Prospective relief requires clearer fee disclosures in California unless the law changes.

How Do I Qualify For a Payout?

You qualify if you are a California resident who made a booking on AirportParkingReservations.com and/or AirportParking.com between July 1, 2024 and March 10, 2025 and paid a mandatory Service Charge at checkout.

How Much Can I Get Paid?

Payments are pro rata based on the total amount of Service Charges you paid during the class period. The exact amount depends on the number of valid claims.

How Do I File a Claim?

File online at CAVUServiceChargeSettlement.com or print and mail a completed claim form to the Settlement Administrator by the deadline. Choose your payment method during filing.

Is Proof Required to File a Claim?

No additional documents are required beyond a truthful claim form attesting that you made a qualifying booking and paid a Service Charge during the class period. Claim forms will also ask for a unique ID or PIN if one was provided with your notice.
