How Much Can I Get Paid?

The cash payment will be calculated by dividing the Net Settlement Fund (after deducting the cost of Privacy Shield services) by the number of valid cash compensation claims. Additionally, you can enroll in one year of Privacy Shield, a data protection and monitoring service.

How Do I File a Claim?

You must submit a claim form online or by mail postmarked no later than December 4, 2024.
