FTD, LLC has agreed to settle Ciampi v. FTD, LLC, a class action in Florida state court in Miami-Dade County, and notices have gone out to customers the company identified. Each class member who files a valid claim chooses one of two benefits: a $5 cash award, or a $15 voucher for use on FTD.com or ProFlowers.com. Class Counsel expect to ask the court for up to $1,350,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs, plus service awards of up to $2,500 for each class representative. Those amounts and the cost of running the settlement are paid separately and do not reduce the $5 or $15 benefit.
What Proof or Notice ID Is Required?
To file online you need the Unique ID and PIN printed on the notice you received. Receipts are not required. A downloadable claim form is also on the settlement website for people who would rather submit a signed paper form; follow the instructions on the form.What Is the Deadline?
Claims must be submitted online, emailed, or postmarked if mailed by November 13, 2026. The official notice does not give a time of day or timezone for the online deadline, so do not wait until the last day.Requests to opt out and written objections are due by the same date and must be sent by mail. How Do You Take Action?

Should I pick the $5 cash or the $15 voucher?
The voucher is worth three times as much but only if you will order from FTD.com or ProFlowers.com again within 12 months of receiving it. It is single-use, cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be transferred and has no cash value, though it can be applied to taxes and fees. If you do not expect to order again, the $5 cash is the safer choice.
Do I get more if I placed several FTD orders?
No. The notice describes a single benefit per class member: one $5 cash award or one $15 voucher. It does not scale with the number of orders or the size of the fees paid.
Will attorneys’ fees reduce my payment?
No. Class Counsel plan to ask for up to $1,350,000 in fees and costs, but under the settlement those fees and the administration costs are paid separately and do not reduce the $5 or $15 benefit.
Does the settlement cover orders from other flower sites?
Only orders placed on the two sites the settlement defines as the FTD Websites, FTD.com and ProFlowers.com, while you were in the United States. Orders placed through other florist or gift sites are not covered.
