Who Was Covered?
The class covered consumers in Oregon, California, or Washington who purchased products at a discount or promotional rate on Displate.com from January 1, 2019 through April 23, 2025, subject to exclusions.
What Benefits Were Available?
Class members could select an $18 cash benefit by filing a claim. Eligible class members who did not elect cash were to receive an $18 transferable store credit under the settlement terms.
