What Happened?
The lawsuit alleged that products labeled “C+Collagen” did not contain collagen and that consumers paid a price premium based on the labeling. Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare denied the allegations and denied wrongdoing and liability.A newer case makes a similar allegation about a different brand: a proposed class action filed in August 2026 says Gold Bond's Plumping Collagen lotion contains no collagen. That case is at the complaint stage with nothing to claim.
