You may be part of a new class action settlement with Evry Jewels Inc. over allegations that the company deceptively advertised discounts on Evryjewels.com. Evry Jewels denies wrongdoing. The settlement provides cash or store credit to eligible customers in California, Oregon, and Washington.What is the Total Settlement Amount?
The parties estimate the total value of cash and credit benefits to be approximately $3,500,000 based on about 250,000 qualifying orders at $14 per order. Evry Jewels will also pay notice and administration costs estimated at $65,000, potential service awards up to $5,000 each to the class representatives, and up to $875,000 in attorneys’ fees and expenses. These amounts do not reduce the $14 benefits to class members.How Do I Qualify For a Payout?
You qualify if you purchased one or more products on Evryjewels.com while in California, Oregon, or Washington during September 3, 2021 through September 3, 2024 and you do not exclude yourself.How Much Can I Get Paid?
$14 per qualifying order. You can choose a cash payment by submitting a claim. If you do not submit a claim, you will automatically receive store credit. Credits can be used on any purchase, never expire, are stackable with other credits and discounts, and are transferable.How Do I File a Claim?

When is the Class Action Settlement Payment Date?
Payments will be issued after the Court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved. There is no exact date. Distribution may take several months after October 30, 2025.Is Proof Required to File a Claim?
No document uploads are required. You may be required to provide a pin or unique ID to file a claim online. You do not need to provide a unique ID to file a paper claim form by printing and mailing it to the class action administrator.To receive cash, submit a claim form and attest that you placed one or more qualifying orders while in CA, OR, or WA during the class period. If you do nothing, you will automatically receive store credit for each qualifying order. You must certify under penalty of perjury that your information is true and complete, that you are in the Settlement Class, and that you did not opt out.
