What is the NaturaLawn TCPA Settlement About?

If you told a company to stop texting you and they kept doing it anyway, you already know how frustrating that feels. A new class action settlement involves NaturaLawn of America, Inc. and claims that some people received text messages even after asking NaturaLawn to stop by texting 'STOP' or 'OPT OUT', which may violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). NaturaLawn denies wrongdoing, and the Court has not decided who is right, but a settlement has been reached.

This class action settlement is specifically about NaturaLawn messages, but if you have been getting unwanted marketing texts from other companies too, you may also be able to report those and potentially pursue compensation. You can share details here.

Who May Qualify?

The text message spam class action settlement includes people in the United States who, after asking NaturaLawn to stop sending texts, received two (2) or more text messages within a twelve (12) month period from NaturaLawn, as reflected in NaturaLawn’s text message records.

If you are not sure whether you are included, you can check the official settlement website or call the administrator.

How Much Could I Get Paid?

NaturaLawn agreed to pay up to $500,000 (the Gross Settlement Fund). The class action is expected to include payments of up to $217 for every text message you received after you first requested the texts stop, after attorneys’ fees and expenses, administration costs, and any service award are paid. Actual payments can vary depending on settlement terms and the number of valid claims.

How to File a Claim

A timely and valid Claim Form was required to request payment. Before the deadline, claims could be submitted through the official settlement website or by mail. Mailed claims must be postmarked by January 6, 2026.

When Will I Get My Check?

Payments are expected only after the Court grants Final Approval and after any appeals are resolved. The notice states checks are expected to be sent within 60 days following the Effective Date.

Important Deadlines

• Claim Form deadline: January 6, 2026 (postmarked by this date for mailed claims)

What Are My Options?

• Submit a claim to request a payment if you qualify.

• Do nothing and you will not receive a payment, and you may give up rights to bring your own lawsuit about the released claims.

Getting Unwanted Texts From Other Companies Too?

This settlement focuses on NaturaLawn, but TCPA claims can involve many different businesses. If you received marketing texts after you asked to stop from other companies, you can also share your situation to see if you may be able to get compensation of $500 to $1,500 estimated per text message that violates the law.
