The Shutterfly discount settlement is no longer accepting claims. The court granted final approval and the administrator issued $25 claim vouchers and $5 automatic vouchers in June 2024; those one-year vouchers have now expired.
Current Status

What Was the Shutterfly Lawsuit About?
The lawsuit alleged that Shutterfly advertised products using reference prices and percentage-off promotions that made the discounts appear more substantial than they really were. According to the plaintiffs, shoppers could see a higher comparison price alongside a lower sale price even though the product was frequently offered below the comparison price. The plaintiffs argued that this pricing presentation could mislead consumers about the value of the advertised deal. These were allegations, not a finding that Shutterfly violated the law.
