A nearly $30 million class action lawsuit (also known as Ramos et al. v. ZoomInfo Technologies, LLC) has been settled with Zoominfo over allegations that Zoominfo violated certain U.S. states' publicity laws by including consumer information without any prior consent.
The class action lawsuit originally alleged that ZoomInfo violated right of publicity laws in California, Illinois, Indiana, and Nevada.
