Francesca's Acquisition, LLC is the company that operates Francesca's and Franki by Francesca's fashion and accessory stores throughout the United States. On September 25, 2023, the company sent out notice letters alerting affected individuals that their financial data had been compromised in a cyberattack. During the security breach, the data of 58,387 individuals was exposed, including financial account, credit or debit card numbers as well as security codes and PINs.
