The settlement pays a flat $9.00 for each covered product: Differin Daily Deep Cleanser (5% benzoyl peroxide), Differin Acne Spot Treatment (10%) and Differin Maximum Strength Acne Foaming Cleanser (10%). Claimants who filed without proof of purchase could claim up to three products, for a maximum of $27. Claimants who submitted receipts had no product limit.
