The class action lawsuit alleges Aspen Dental's policies or conduct invaded consumer and patients' privacy and violated common law and statutes. Aspen denies all wrongdoing and the settlement avoids the cost and risk of continued litigation.

When is the class action settlement payment date?

Is Proof Required to File a Claim?

Yes. You must provide your unique Class Member ID found on the postcard or email notice. If you did not receive a notice, instructions on the Settlement Website explain alternatives, including contacting the administrator. Follow all directions on the online or paper claim form and certify your eligibility under penalty of perjury as required.
