If you used the Daily Wire you may be owed $15.00 from a new $2,000,000 class action settlement. The Daily Wire has settled a class action lawsuit over allegations that it disclosed its subscribers' personally identifiable information (PII) to Facebook without their explicit consent, potentially violating the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA). The Daily Wire denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid further litigation.
The Daily Wire is a conservative media company founded in 2015 by Ben Shapiro and Jeremy Boreing, known for right-wing news.
The total settlement fund is $2 million.

• Logged in or used the digital newsletter subscriber to a Daily Wire Website.
• Accessed a video through a Daily Wire Website while you were being tracked via a piece of code known as a "Pixel" was operational.
