The class covered all consumers in the United States, including its territories and tribal reservations, who purchased a HALO BassiNest Flex Morning Mist or a HALO BassiNest Flex Heather Weave on or before February 10, 2025 — the date the court granted preliminary approval.There was no requirement to have experienced the alleged tilting and no injury requirement.
