Beyond Illusion, also known as the Museum of Illusions New York and RP Illusions Corp. settled the class action lawsuit after allegations that they failed to timely disclose a Processing Fee for online ticket purchases in violation of New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 25.07(4). The Museum of Illusions company denies any wrongdoing. The settlement avoids the cost and uncertainty of continued litigation.

How Do I Qualify For a Payout?

How Much Can I Get?
Approved claimants will receive a pro rata share of the Settlement Fund based on the total Processing Fees they paid during the Class Period. Payments will be issued by your choice of PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Virtual Prepaid Card, or check.
When Will I Be Paid?
The Final Approval Hearing is set for November 17, 2025. If the Court grants final approval and there are no appeals, payments will be made within 90 calendar days after the Final Judgment becomes Final. Checks expire 180 days after issuance.
