Hourly Novant Health employees from September 2021 through February 2023 may be owed a cash payment for overtime allegedly lost to timeclock rounding — claims close July 10, 2026.
Hourly employees who worked for Novant Health between September 19, 2021 and February 11, 2023, who were subject to the timeclock rounding policy and who worked at least one workweek of 40 or more hours during that period.
Claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked by July 10, 2026. A final approval hearing is scheduled for July 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Individual payments vary. The administrator calculates each payment from the $750,000 settlement based on the number of qualifying workweeks you worked during the period. The estimated amount is shown on your mailed notice.
No receipts or documentation are required, but the online claim form requires the ILYM ID and last name printed on the postcard notice mailed to eligible class members, so an administrator-issued identifier is needed to file. If you did not receive a notice or lost your ILYM ID, contact the settlement administrator through the official settlement website.
